I. Brief introduction of molybdenum
Chaoyang Jinda Molybdenum Co., Ltd.(short for JINDA MOLY), established in 1996, is the predecessor and wholly-owned subsidiary of Chaoyang Jinda Group Industrial Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 445 million yuan. With over 300 employees, including more than 30 experts and technical staff, the company possesses unique production technology, advanced production equipment, and testing and inspection capacity. The company leads the industry with its rotary kiln carbon-free roasting technology and smelting automatic feeding system. The Ferro molybdenum smelting process has achieved automation in feeding, mixing, smelting, and crushing, resulting in an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons, ranking it a domestic first-class and world-famous company.In recent years, we strengthen international cooperation, become the member of International Molybdenum Association(IMOA).
In 2021, the company successfully obtained the national high-tech enterprise certification. In 2020, Jinda Molybdenum Co., Ltd. received the prestigious "May Day Labor Award of Liaoning Province" and completed the evaluation for the 17025 national laboratory certification. In 2019, the company was recognized as one of the "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Liaoning Province" and named among the "Top Ten Private Industrial Output Enterprises in Chaoyang City."
II.Equipment
The company has 5 carbon-free rotary kilns, 1 set of smelting roundabout system, 1 set of automatic feeding system and 1 slag production line.
III.Products and Output
In 2023, the output of ferromolybdenum exceeds 18,000 tons, the sales revenue exceeds 3 billion yuan, and the total industrial output value is 49 billion yuan. In April of 2022, a new carbon-free roasting rotary kiln was added, which can produce 12,000 tons of molybdenum oxide annually.
